Avery is part of CPF’s deal team and supports investment evaluations and portfolio operations through financial modeling, industry diligence and data analysis.

Prior to joining CPF, Avery was a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group. She focused on strategic growth and operational improvement projects in the healthcare space, including 5- to 10-year growth strategies for national hospitals, acquisition diligence for global insurers and COVID healthcare demand modeling for policy decision-making.

Avery began her career as a Consultant at Oliver Wyman, where she was an Industry Generalist before joining the Health and Life Sciences practice due to her passion for the healthcare industry. She earned a BComm and a B.S. from Queen’s University.
