Michael is responsible for originating new investment opportunities, transaction structuring and diligence, and working alongside our partner companies. 

He works closely with MyCare Medical Group and Ascend Vision Partners. Michael was responsible for executing new transactions and working with portfolio companies while an Associate at Prairie Capital, a private equity investment firm focused on founder-owned, entrepreneurial, middle-market companies in high growth industries.

Prior to that, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst with William Blair & Company’s healthcare group, focusing on M&A transactions and equity offerings. He holds B.S. from Indiana University-Bloomington and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
