Kimberly is an expert at upgrading systems and procedures and takes a hands-on role in optimizing founders’ resources and productivity.  

She knows what it takes to position portfolio companies for growth and success. Her work includes building back offices from the ground up, implementing an array of functions, replacing high-touch processes with technology, performing due diligence and supporting investment firms through multiple fundraising rounds.

Prior to joining CPF, Kimberly was a Vice President at Finance Huron Capital, a $1.5 billion private equity firm specializing in acquisition and growth of lower middle-market companies, and Senior Vice President for Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, a real estate investment management firm offering investment products for access to niche real estate segments. She holds a B.A. from Michigan State University.
