Andrew leverages his real estate experience to source and execute opportunities for CPF Healthcare Real Estate that help move services delivery away from expensive, inconvenient, inpatient settings.

Before joining CPF, Andrew was the Founder and Principal of Med Realty Advisors, arranging the sales of medical office buildings. Prior to that, he was in Investment Sales at Eastern Consolidated in New York City, where he specialized in the sale of medical office buildings nationwide.

Andrew began his career at Duff & Phelps Securities as a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Prior to that, he held positions in Corporate Finance at BlackRock, Inc. and real estate development at KETTLER. He earned a B.S. from the University of Virginia and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
